The Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa is an onsite hotel at Walt Disney World with an equestrian theme. The hotel is in the deluxe category of Disney World lodging, meaning that it has all the bells and whistles you could dream of where Disney hotels are concerned.

The hotel was modeled after Saratoga Springs, a New York retreat popular in the late 19th century. The Disney hotel offers the same tranquility found at the original retreat, with verdant rolling hills, soothing fountains, and gleaming lakes. Guests who want a unique hotel experience will find it here with the Saratoga Springs Treehouse Villas.

Just in time for the sweltering summer season, a new pool has been added to the Saratoga Springs property. While the Paddock Pool not technically a brand new pool, it seems that way, because the pool was completely remodeled and redone and looks brand new. The Paddock Pool is a zero-entry pool, meaning you can walk right into it. In keeping with the equestrian theme throughout the hotel, the spa in the new pool area is shaped like a horseshoe. There’s also a special area for little hotel guests. A wet-deck play area offers a kid-sized water slide. There’s also a place to grab a bite or a drink at the new pool. The Paddock Grill offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Those familiar with this hotel may remember that it already boasts the High Rock Springs Pool area, and now the Paddock Pool offers guests another pool option.
