There is a choice between a 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes, the size ranges from 1,200 to 1,900 square feet. In addition to this elevated level of privacy and space, Advantage Vacation Homes have other attractive perks as well. Every home on the property has its own private pool, for example. Another big plus is that Advantage Vacation Homes will allow you to relax and avoid the often-busy Orlando hotel scene. This establishment offers convenience as it is in very good proximity to all the Orlando theme parks.

Advantage Vacation Home rents private homes while the owners are not in Orlando. Each home is thoroughly cleaned before and after your stay. However, be aware that while you are staying at Advantage Vacation Homes, you will not receive daily maid service. However, each home is equipped with everything you need- including laundry, full kitchen, DVD and TV, dishes etc.

All homes have “Florida style” furnishings. You will receive your choice of a luxury or a standard home. The Luxury homes have upgraded decorations and furnishings. Another plus of all homes at Advantage Vacation Homes is that they all have at least two bathrooms. This is an option that is sure to please large families with several children.

While there are a tremendous number of positives to renting an Advantage Vacation Home, travelers should realize that it is essential to have your own transportation or make transportation arrangements. Cars are indeed necessary when you rent an Advantage Vacation Home. This of course is not the case for all Orlando hotels, as many have shuttles to the theme parks. Advantage Vacation Homes does not have a shuttle, and the property is extensive. Guests will need a car when staying at this location, but free parking is provided. Although Advantage Vacation Homes does not have its own restaurant on the property, there are numerous restaurants located in close proximity, including TGI Friday, Bennigans, Chili’s and Olive Garden.

In addition to each home having a private pool, each Advantage Vacation Home also has a screened in patio area. Patios do have furniture and most units also have whirlpools, which are likely to be a welcomed site after a long day of fun.
